The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Platform Architect who will be the technical visionary and hands-on builder of our revolutionary Biotic Intelligence System. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance - you'll architect the system, write critical code, make pivotal technology decisions, and build the foundation that our entire platform will stand on for years to come.

You'll have the rare opportunity to:

  • Build from the ground up - Design the core architecture of a genuinely novel AI platform
  • Define the future - Your decisions will shape how adaptive AI systems operate for the next decade
  • Work at the intersection - Blend cutting-edge ML, distributed systems, real-time computing, and enterprise software
  • Lead technical vision - You'll be the #1 technical voice in the company, reporting directly to the CEO
  • Build a team - Hire and mentor the engineering team as we scale


This is a founding engineering role. Your equity stake reflects it.


What You'll Build

The Biotic Intelligence System (BIS) Core Components:

1. Adaptive Learning Engine (ALE)

A novel ML system that continuously learns without manual retraining:

  • Online learning algorithms with incremental updates
  • Multi-objective optimization (accuracy, speed, resource efficiency)
  • Automated feature engineering and discovery
  • Meta-learning capabilities that optimize the learning process itself
  • Transfer learning across domains and clients

Technical Challenges:

  • Preventing catastrophic forgetting while embracing new patterns
  • Balancing exploration vs. exploitation in real-time
  • Maintaining model stability during continuous updates
  • Scaling learning across distributed infrastructure

2. Context Awareness Framework (CAF)

A sophisticated system that understands situational nuance:

  • Temporal pattern recognition (seasonality, trends, cycles)
  • Multi-dimensional context graphs (organizational, environmental, historical)
  • Real-time context enrichment pipelines
  • Context-weighted prediction engines

Technical Challenges:

  • Efficient graph database operations at scale
  • Real-time context retrieval (<50ms latency)
  • Context versioning and lineage tracking
  • Privacy-preserving context sharing
